We are a small full service real estate appraisal firm, experienced in all phases of the valuation process. Located in Oak Park, IL, a western suburb of Chicago, we service the Chicagoland Metro area. We can provide prompt and reliable residential and commercial appraisal services with the highest measure of professionalism.

Bonnie has been actively appraising real estate in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years. She has attended numerous courses to maintain "state of art" competency in today's competitive real estate market. In addition to  her classroom training, she has had direct "in field" training over the years,  by her mentors, Frank Muriello, MAI, CRE, and Gerald Perlow, MAI, GAA.

 Bonnie's residential appraisal assignments have ranged from small  suburban bungalows to large lakefront estates on Chicago's north shore  and  upper bracketed condominiums on Chicago's lake front. Her  commercial assignments  have ranged from small mixed-use buildings to  larger condominium developments. She is a certified general real estate appraiser.

Al has been in the real estate business for over 45  years. He  holds the GRI  and CRB Realtor Designations, and is a licensed  continuing education  instructor  in the  State of Illinois for the  real estate industry. He  has authored  several  real estate  education courses and has  extensive  experience in  appraising  most  types of  properties.
