I have been appraising real estate in the Chicagoland
area for nearly 20 years. I have performed appraisals for
financial institutions, relocation firms, investors,
attorneys, Realtors, accountants, and private
individuals. My client list includes the Village
of Oak Park, Housing Authority of Oak Park, Oak Park Library,
Village of Oak Park Residence Corporation, and numerous
lenders.
In addition, I work with a team of real estate appraisal
experts. This team, consisting of Alan Rossell and myself,
has a combined 60 years of experience!
